Paul was anxious that nobody should preach “any other gospel” than what he called “my gospel” So what was Paul’s Gospel? In this series of 14 messages, we look at the basic elements in the gospel the way Paul saw it. In particular, we look at some of the key phrases he uses in Ephesians.

What is the Gospel?

In this series of 14 audio lectures, we take a look at The Doctrines of Grace. The apostle Paul was concerned that preachers were emerging in his day, teaching a “different gospel” (Galatians 1:8). There continues to be a variety of different gospels preached. So what is the nature of the Gospel that the apostle Paul preached? For him, the Gospel was summed up in one word: GRACE. We will take a look at the nature of the gospel as the Gospel of Grace. We pay special attention to what Paul says about the gospel in Ephesians.

This series of messages was first preached by Brian Watts in The King’s Community Church, in Langley BC in 1992.
